What’s Involved?


You will complete four sessions of hypnosis over four weeks. Support material is included throughout the program. The four sessions are designed to bring about permanent change in your eating habits, and focuses on who you want to be. This is not a short-term fix. Creating new habits will get you where you want to be, and enable you to remain there – the program generally takes 28 days.
